What can I upload?
PDFs (including scans), photos, screenshots, text and CSV files up to 50 MB each: IFUs, surgical techniques, brochures, size charts, OR schedules, reminders and account lists.
Can my cases go into my iPhone calendar?
Yes. Settings has Add to iPhone calendar: one tap subscribes your confirmed cases and to-dos, and your phone refreshes them about once an hour. There is a link for Google Calendar and Outlook too, and every case card has Add to calendar for a single event.
Where do the answers come from?
Only from the documents in your library. Every answer shows the document and page it came from.
What if the answer isn't in my documents?
Sherpa says "I can't verify that from the documents in your Product Library." It doesn't guess.
Who can see my documents?
Only you. Your library, accounts and questions are private to your account. Questions are deleted after 24 hours.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Sales Sherpa runs in your phone's browser. Sign in with a one-tap email link, no password.
How does billing work?
Choose month to month, 1 year or 2 years when you sign up. Everything in Sales Sherpa is included in every plan, and billing starts at checkout.
What is Sales Sherpa Advanced?
A separate product for distributors and reps who build the case, bring the tray and bill it after. It drafts the order for every case from what the surgeon used last time, and reads the inventory sheet after the case into a bill. Sold on its own: subscribe to one product or both.
